myMGF – Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is handled in the myMGF App.

Privacy
A User Account is required in order to use the features of the myMGF App. These user accounts are maintained by Masters Gallery Foods and include basic employee data such as name, employee ID, email, and phone number. When you use the myMGF app, certain information may be collected automatically such as your type of mobile device, the current IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, and information about the way you use the Application.

When accessing the myMGF App, an anonymous token associated with your device is shared with our Push Messages provider, WonderPush, to track which notification types you are subscribed to. myMFG app sends user data to Wonderpush.

In case of a password reset, your phone number will be processed by our Text Message provider, Twilio, to send you your password reset link.

Masters Gallery Foods maintains a database of employee profile data associated with the user accounts of the myMGF App. Your employee profile data will be collected and stored along with any forms you submit, unless you elect to submit that form anonymously.
