Laura Laehn, Director of Grading & Cheese Quality
“There are so many different areas or interests of work at Masters Gallery that allow people to find a job they are passionate about…and it really shows in their work,” says Laura Laehn, Director of Grading & Quality Cheese.
Laura was hired at Masters Gallery in 2008 as a Quality Control Technician. As she became more involved in the Quality department, Laura decided to continue her education with the help of Masters’ Education Assistance Program. While pursuing her degree, Laura was promoted to Raw Materials Grading Manager, and later, Director of Grading & Cheese Quality in 2023. Because of Laura’s extensive knowledge and expertise, she has been asked to serve as a judge at both the U.S. and World Cheese Championship Contests for the past six years.
